This Return Policy explains your rights to return products, request a refund or make a complaint when you buy from Traxylonxolblix. It applies to purchases made via our website https://traxylonxolblix.world and is designed to comply with Norwegian and EEA consumer law, including the Consumer Purchases Act (Norway) and the Consumer Rights Directive.

For returns, refunds or complaints, please contact us using the details above. We will respond as quickly as possible, and within the time limits required by law.
2. Your 14-day right of withdrawal (distance contracts)
If you are a consumer and you bought the product at a distance (e.g. online) without meeting us in person, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you (or a person you nominate) take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly of your decision (e.g. by email or post to the address above). You may use a standard withdrawal form if we provide one, but it is not mandatory. If you contact us by email or phone, we recommend that you keep a copy or record of your message and the date.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period has expired. We will send you an acknowledgment of your withdrawal and instructions for returning the product if applicable.
3. Effects of withdrawal and refund
If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except any additional costs you chose for a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery we offered). We will make the refund without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is the earliest.
We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may make a deduction from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (e.g. opening sealed packaging when not necessary, or using the product). If you request to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period (e.g. expedited processing), you will pay an amount proportional to what has been provided up to the time you inform us of your withdrawal.
4. Returning the goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging where possible and use a traceable delivery method so you can prove that you sent it. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise or the product was defective or not as described.

5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
Your right of withdrawal may not apply in certain cases under applicable law, for example: (a) the supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised; (b) the supply of goods which are sealed and not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if unsealed (e.g. sealed food supplements that you have opened); (c) the supply of sealed audio, video or computer software if unsealed. If you have unsealed or used the product in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may deduct an amount from the refund as stated in section 3. If in doubt, contact us before returning.
6. Defective or non-conforming goods
If the product is defective or does not conform to the contract (e.g. wrong product, damaged, or not as described), you have statutory rights under the Consumer Purchases Act (Norway) and equivalent EEA laws. You may be entitled to repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation (refund). You must notify us of the defect within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered it. We may ask you to provide photos or a short description and your order details. If the product is defective, we will cover the cost of return shipment where required by law; otherwise we will inform you of the process. We will resolve the matter in line with your legal rights and our obligations.
7. Complaints and deadlines
You may complain about the product within the statutory limitation period. Under Norwegian law, the general complaint period for consumer purchases is two years from the time you received the product, and you must notify us within a reasonable time after you discovered or should have discovered the defect. We will respond to your complaint without undue delay and propose a solution (repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as appropriate). If we do not resolve the complaint to your satisfaction, you may contact the Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) or use other dispute resolution mechanisms available in your country.

- 14-day withdrawal: For distance contracts, you can withdraw within 14 days without giving a reason and receive a full refund (subject to deductions for diminished value if you have handled the goods beyond what is necessary).
